This role is the equivalent of a Senior Research Fellow.
This Senior Research Fellow post is fixed-term for a three-year period until 31 March 2025. You will be employed in Warwick Business School and work alongside and help to manage two Research Fellows (one based at Warwick Medical School) in a research team led by Professor Graeme Currie. You will contribute to a programme of work funded by the Department of Education to carry out primary and secondary research to support ongoing service improvement for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in partnership with the National Children’s Bureau. The ideal candidate will have: (i) experience of managing relationships with senior stakeholders in public service providers and policy agencies in the UK; (ii) experience of managing large scale research programmes and researchers; (iii) research expertise focused upon public services improvement in the UK; (iv) understanding of children and young people’s service provision in the UK; (v) PhD or equivalent professional qualification and applied research experience.
