We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Administrator to join the University’s Faculty of Science and Engineering Professional Services team. As Assistant Administrator (Quality), you will provide comprehensive support in all aspects of Faculty approval, quality and monitoring processes. Under the direction of the Senior Administrator (Quality) within the Faculty Office, you will deliver excellent customer service and administrative support, which will include maintaining quality information and data, organising, attending and minuting of meetings and supporting academic staff with the faculty quality processes. You will have a good level of administrative experience and demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and digital skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail are essential. You will need to be able to contribute and be confident when working as part of a team and be equally comfortable using your initiative and working on your own. Being flexible in an ever-changing and challenging environment will be vital.
