Collab with Montessori experts to support guides through challenging classroom circumstances. Write, edit, & create program resources. Support parents & lead discussions, trainings, & events. Supervise guided practice with classroom materials. Analyze info obtained & solve problems. Use data to evaluate Teacher Training Program effectiveness. Coordinate work & activities with other members of the team.
Requires a Master's degree in Education or related field, AMI/AMS or equivalent Montessori diploma, & 1 year of experience teaching in a Montessori environment. Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. 15-20% domestic travel required.
