Job Summary
This position provides technical support to Law School faculty, students, staff, and external end users for classroom A/V systems, endpoint computing systems, related peripherals (displays, printers, phones, tablets etc.) and applications.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
Provide classroom AV system support to classes and events:
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 proactive and reactive support for classroom technology including AV control systems, projectors, audio and voice reinforcement, and video conferencing software to support Law School classes and events.
Identify and resolve errors and improve systems for usability and reliability.
What You Should Know
This is not a remote position. Work will take place onsite at the CU Boulder campus.
This is a temporary full-time, non-exempt position.
Flexible hours required. Normal work hours will be 8am - 4:30pm Monday-Friday, with a half hour lunch. However, hours could shift based on coverage needs for evening or weekend events.
All University of Colorado Boulder employees are required to comply with the campus COVID-19 vaccine requirement.
New employees must provide proof of vaccination or receive a medical or religious exemption within 30 days of employment.
What We Can Offer
$20-$22 per hour.

What We Require
Previous experience with AV event support.
What You Will Need
Attention to detail, organization, and ability to be timely.
Ability to prioritize and organize sometimes conflicting tasks.
Good communication and customer service skills.
General knowledge of Information Technology (IT) services, hardware, infrastructure and systems.
Device troubleshooting and repair.
Ability to think creatively and proactively when encountering new computer problems without a prescribed solution.
What We Would Like You To Have
Zoom event technology experience.
Application support experience (office suite, etc.).
Tier 1 Helpdesk / IT Support experience.
