Admissions Guides are responsible for securing, retaining, and maintaining qualified applicants for admissions to the University, operating in compliance with state and federal accreditation and institutional policies, to include performing job functions within the parameters of ethical codes of conduct; all of which is done in a shared workflow.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Behave as a **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. ambassador and embracing our unique educational model, while maintaining the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service.
Field and service prospective students, engage in compliant and customer-service oriented conversations, and recommend students to take the next step when they have been determined to be a strong candidate for admission.
Accurately and completely explain educational programs, expected outcomes, and student services to potential students, their parents [when applicable], and other internal and external clients.
Inquire with all prospective students regarding the verification and discovery phases and complete follow-up calls to ensure they satisfactorily meet deadlines.
Prioritize workflow / workload to maximize results and surpass team,
department, and **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. expectations and goals.
Applicants must have the ability to work a flexible schedule; late nights, weekends, and extended hours especially during peak enrollment seasons.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred, but will accept a combination of education and experience.
Interested in 0-2 years admissions recruitment or sales experience.
Possess a sincere interest in helping others achieve life goals.
Computer/Equipment Skills
Must display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment are required.
Display superior organizational and problem resolution skills.
Understand and accurately apply sales-techniques, as necessary, to inform prospective students if they are determined to be a good candidate the university.
Have the ability to overcome objections in a positive and efficient way.
Must display excellent listening and problem solving skills.
Must display a strong work ethic and have the ability to work in a team environment.
Display a positive attitude and be self-motivated.
Applicants must be goal oriented and highly ethical.
