It’s an environment which encourages you to achieve your best - together we’ll empower results.  ResponsibilitiesCreate significant, new opportunities with existing clients and prospects independentlyLeverage personal/professional relationships to generate business and revenue, and create a pipeline of future business opportunitiesLead sales planning process and client strategy developmentLead in large and complex project as Project Director including setting the direction, clarifying team goals, managing financials, and monitoring progressAct as a thought leader in responsible content area/industry sector by crafting and presenting compelling client presentations, proposals and whitepapers; represents Aon brand in marketing eventsConnect and collaborate internally to deliver comprehensive solutions to key account, develop and maintain excellent client relationshipsDevelop and mentor a team of colleagues and support them in their growth and career RequirementsPost-graduate degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Economics or equivalent. MBA or relevant masters qualification preferred.At least 12 years of management consulting or equivalent experience in designing and delivering talent management, organization effectiveness or total rewards solutionsIn-depth understanding of the business operations and HR knowledge/practices in MNCs and Chinese companies; Strong business acumen and has a credibility to liaise with and communicate effectively with senior government officials, CEO’s, Board members, etcSolid industry/solutions experience and insightsProven achievement of aggressive sales targets with strong business development capability and is a results-driven individualExcellent project management and client management skillsFlexible and be able to work in a team-based environment and under pressureExcellent inter-personal and presentation skillsHow to ApplyYour opportunity to empower results could start right here.
