Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Principal Investigator, perform infectious disease and antimicrobial resistance in modeling in poultry, and toxicologic risk assessment from consumption of poultry products. Main responsibilities including coordination with and mentoring of PhD students to design, implement, and test models.

2/27/2022 QUALIFICATIONS
Required
Master's degree in epidemiology, public health or related field (e.g. MPVM, MPH, MS in epidemiology) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in poultry rearing and husbandry.
Experience in clinical and epidemiologic aspects of poultry infectious disease & toxicology.
Experience with food safety/antimicrobial resistance.
Experience with statistical/epidemiologic modeling of infectious disease and toxic exposure. Experience with geospatial modeling & GIS.
Experience wtih social network analysis of disease transmission.
Experience with R programming including use of version control (e.g. git/github).
Preferred:
Fluency in the tidyverse (dplyr, tidyr, ggplot2, etc).
Familiarity with automated testing systems (Travis CI, github actions).
