Job Description:

Raritan Valley Community College is currently seeking part-time Medical Laboratory Technology Instructors to teach day and/or evening lectures and labs. The courses will provide entry-level clinical laboratory experiences in the areas of Microbiology and Immunohematology. The instructor assures compliance with college policy, program policy, and accrediting agency procedures.

Positions are located on the Main RVCC Campus unless otherwise noted.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or higher in related field from an accredited college.

Must be a clinical laboratory scientist / medical technologist holding a current nationally recognized certification (ASCP or former NCA).

Must demonstrate adequate knowledge and proficiency in their content areas and evidence of certification maintenance e.g. Credential Maintenance Program (CMP) if applicable.

Faculty must engage in continuing education to maintain professional certification.

Two years of clinical experience.

Teaching experience is required, college level is preferred.
