K- 5 June 28 - July 31

Grades 6 - 8 June 28 - July 31

Grades 9 - 12: July 5 - July 30

Additional training days may be required.

Scope of Work:

To assist professionals in supplying individualized instruction to elementary, middle school, and high school students in the classroom and small group environments. To facilitate and supplement the educational process under the direction of a professional staff member.

Essential Functions:

Communication facilitation

Carrying out programs designed by the teaching staff

Managing behavior

Teaching self-regulation skills,

Supporting and facilitating social engagement with peers.

Physical responsibilities include lifting, carrying, personal care, and the ability to assess a situation and respond quickly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma plus at least 2 years of additional education preffered; minimum of two years experience in education or related field; ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with students, parents, and school staff.
