Job Description
The preschool, elementary, middle and high schools are looking for a dynamic ABA Tutor who values equity, social-emotional learning and provides access to learning experiences for all students. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated success in building and sustaining strong relationships with students and families and value on-going collaboration with colleagues.
Position Details
The ABA Tutor supports students with IEP services who require a significant level of behavioral, academic and social support through the use of ABA instructional methodology under the supervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Data collection and graphing is a component of responsibilities. ABA tutors work in a variety of contexts, including general education and special education settings, and in large-group, small group, or 1:1 ratios. The ABA Tutor will be restraint and de-escalation strategies certified each year by the district. ABA Tutors are assigned to the district and may be moved to support students in other buildings as needs arise.
