Job Qualification

Support services serving all grade levels through supplemental

instruction ● Follows/supports the NC Standard Course Of Study ● Specially

designed instruction using Scientifically, Research-based Instructional

practices and programs ● Addresses skill needs required to progress in the

general education curriculum (individualized based on student needs)-academic

and behavioral

Candidates must hold or be eligible for a NC Special Education--General

Curriculum license or other qualifying teaching license.

The

preferred candidate will have demonstrated expertise in classroom management

and in differentiating instruction with diverse learners. Must be able to develop effective student relationships

that promote learning and student engagement. Prefer strong technology

background and exceptional organizational skills. Requires collaborative

strength to work with teachers, agencies, and parents to plan, implement, and

monitor IEPs.
