We are looking for talented professionals to join our team at University of Maryland Medical Center - Midtown Campus.

The Midtown Campus is currently looking for a
a skilled respiratory therapist to promote into a nightshift education supervisor role. Candidates must have broad critical care experience with neonatal, pediatric and adult patient populations. The role will manage new hire orientation, general staff education, policy review, interdisciplinary
education, research and abstract preparation, performance evaluations and general staff supervisory responsibilities.

What You Need to Be Successful:
Associate's Degree is required.
Graduate from an AMA approved program by the National Board of Respiratory Care in Respiratory Therapy is required.
Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy is preferred.
Registration by the National Board of Respiratory Care as a Respiratory Therapist is required.
Licensure as a Respiratory Care practitioner by the Maryland Board of Physician Quality Assurance is required.
CPR certification is required.
ACLS certification is required.
One or more NBRC advanced credential is required (ACCS, NPS or RPFT).
Three years progressively responsible professional experience as a Respiratory Therapist, or equivalent, is required. In addition, experience in a lead/supervisory role is preferred.
