We are seeking to hire a Freelance Technical Instructor to join our team. In this role, with your passion for developing others, you will deliver a defined curriculum program for early career technical hires on their journey to become skilled Technology professionals. The multi-modal training courses combine instructor led training, lab exercises, scenario-based project sprints, and more to develop and hone digital skills and professional development skills. Responsibilities: Deliver a defined curriculum of an internal customer facing technical education program. Supporting to ensure SME engagement per program requirements. Administer LMS tasks such as scheduling sessions, registering participants and creating instructor resources. Work collaboratively with the Education and Employment Manager to devise a timetable that meets the needs of assessments and projects. Lead a team of contracted instructors to support their delivery of bootcamps, to ensure high quality provision Partner with the learning strategy team to preserve consistent program experience for all learners globally through defined curriculum, milestones, and interactions. Develop and document workflows and processes. What are we looking for? Must have extensive knowledge of both: Software Engineering, including .NET, JavaScript, NODE.js, Python, C# Microsoft Azure Data Analytics Could also have extensive knowledge of both: AWS cloud engineering, associate level qualification Cyber Security Immersive Technology (Unity or Unreel) Project development methodology knowledge, ideally Agile Microsoft proficient Excellent communication skills Time management Curriculum design skills Day rate is up to £350.00 per day however we do understand the perfect candidate can fall outside these brackets so can be negotiable. This is ad hoc and will be between 2-3 days per week during a 12 week period. Our offices are in Media City and operate a hybrid model of working between office and home based.
