Position Summary
The Department of Athletics at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is searching to fill multiple Assistant Director level support positions in Football recruiting. The successful candidates will assist the Michigan State Football coaching staff in the identification, evaluation, and recruitment of prospective student-athletes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist the director level positions in football recruiting in one of the following areas
Player Personnel
Recruiting (On-Campus)
Scouting
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Degree
Bachelors
Minimum Requirements
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree required with one to three years’ experience in a collegiate football environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of NCAA and Big 10 regulations regarding recruiting of student-athletes.
General knowledge of an intercollegiate football organization.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Ability to understand, follow and enforce safety procedures.
Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills both oral and written.
Some proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to collect, compile and analyze data for reports on recruits and recruiting stats.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Ability to travel occasionally as required.
Valid driver license with a good driving record.
