About the role
Bath Spa University seeks to develop a series of strategic and pragmatic partnerships which present an overall stability to the value, both intellectual and financial, of the portfolio. We are looking for a Global and UK partnerships project co-ordinator in the Centre for Educational Partnerships, in order to administer and co-ordinate academic activities with partnerships at home and abroad – with partners from both the private and public sectors. Reporting to the Educational Partnerships Manager, the post holder will coordinate and administer the portfolio of partnership provision within the Centre for Educational Partnerships, under the direction of the Educational Partnerships Manager and Associate Pro-Vice-Chancellor Educational Partnerships.
The role functions as the coordinator for ongoing multiple projects in UK and globally, including portfolio development, student recruitment and enhancement activities, co-ordination of moderation and assessment boards or implementation of new processes or ways of working. The appointee will be required to work both autonomously and as part of a number of teams to deliver the project aims. The post holder will coordinate work internally from academic schools, Finance, Legal Services, Chancelry and externally with Partner organisations.
