CHILD CARE ON-SITE DIRECTOR

Profile

The Site Director (SD) works together with the Director of Expanded Learning to develop activities that exemplify best practices in child care programming. She/he manages daily administrative projects and tasks in collaboration with school-day staff, families, and other key partners. The SD engages with staff and students during program hours, working with the team to resolve and troubleshoot any challenges that arise. They ensure oversight of health and safety guidelines, support curriculum and program development, and work to ensure that students are accessing their online learning. Ideal candidates will have significant teaching, administrative, and supervisory experience with elementary-age children in educational and/or licensed childcare settings. This is a temporary full-time (40 hours) leadership position. Start date August 24th, 2020. Hours are Monday thru Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
