This is an exciting opportunity to join the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and manage the day-to-day operations of a small team involved with a broad range of student casework. You will be responsible for the delivery of high quality services across academic appeals, student complaints, academic misconduct, fitness to study, admissions complaints and appeals, and visa complaints and appeal in accordance with University regulations, policies and procedures. You will provide specialist advice and guidance to staff at all levels of the University. As the Senior Student Casework Officer, you be expected to continuously review and enhance the student casework function and deputise for the Student Casework Manager as required. 
To be successful, you will have experience of working with student case work, and be able to interpret, apply and explain complex regulations and procedures to a wide variety of audiences. You will be able to draft minutes and outcome letters for casework hearings, panels and meetings. You will be committed to delivering an excellent student experience operating with professionalism and sensitivity at all times.
