Basic troubleshooting skills w/knowledge of printer maintenance, maintaining computer hardware & network cabling a plus.
Knowledge of Google Workspace, Active Directory, MS Office, Genesis, Smart Boards, Chromebooks, pref.
Assists w/new device setup, including desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, & iPads while ensuring apps and operating systems are updated.
Prior Technology exp. in NJ public schools pref, but not req.
