Job Qualification
Candidates must hold a continuing
NC Secondary
Education licensure.
Investigates and resolves discipline problems in a fair and just manner
Investigates student complaints and grievances.
Re-enters students upon completion of out-of-school suspensions, facilitates student/teacher reentry meetings, and provides Peer Mediation to resolve student conflicts
Maintains disciplinary records required by policy, regulation, law or good practice
Communicates discipline consequences with students and parents
Help teachers develop a classroom management plan
Help promote PBIS within the school
Devise strategies that will help tier II and III be successful in class.
