From marketing and recruitment to enrollment and student retention, this position will be instrumental in the school’s efforts to develop partnerships with families and to help the school meet its Strategic Goals for the future. Primary responsibilities include: Providing a warm and welcoming presence in all aspects of a family’s experience at Heronfield, from the first point of inquiry and continuing through each student’s time at the school Planning and overseeing events such as open houses, tours, parent information sessions, and accepted student gatherings to provide vital touchpoints throughout the admissions process Leading the school’s admissions committee in consideration of student applicants and working with families to provide a thoughtful transition to the school community Partnering with the Head of School, the faculty, and the Board of Trustees in all aspects of enrollment in service of the school program and its strategic goals Collaborating with the school’s senior leadership in creating a consistent and proactive approach to marketing the school through print, online and social media Leading the financial aid team to meet the demonstrated needs of Heronfield families.
