**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is an independent middle school located on a pastoral 13-acre campus on the New Hampshire Seacoast.  Serving approximately 90 students in grades 6 through 8, Heronfield provides an academically challenging curriculum centered on nurturing students through the core values of Honesty , Respect , Diligence , Celebration , and Caring .  Heronfield’s teachers are dedicated to working with middle school students at this important period of academic, emotional and personal growth.  As a small school, each person contributes to the community in many ways and also shares the joy of the important work we do together.  **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. seeks a full-time Director of Admissions and Outreach for the 2022-2023 school year who will oversee all aspects of building a vibrant and mission-oriented student community.  From marketing and recruitment to enrollment and student retention, this position will be instrumental in the school’s efforts to develop partnerships with families and to help the school meet its Strategic Goals for the future.  Primary responsibilities include:       Providing a warm and welcoming presence in all aspects of a family’s experience at Heronfield, from the first point of inquiry and continuing through each student’s time at the school Planning and overseeing events such as open houses, tours, parent information sessions, and accepted student gatherings to provide vital touchpoints throughout the admissions process Leading the school’s admissions committee in consideration of student applicants and working with families to provide a thoughtful transition to the school community Partnering with the Head of School, the faculty, and the Board of Trustees in all aspects of enrollment in service of the school program and its strategic goals Collaborating with the school’s senior leadership in creating a consistent and proactive approach to marketing the school through print, online and social media    Leading the financial aid team to meet the demonstrated needs of Heronfield families. The ideal candidate will have: A commitment to the mission and core values of the school and to the growth of young people Strong management and leadership skills with the ability to lead collaborative projects  3-5 years in comparable roles, with demonstrated experience in admissions and engagement  Ability to think and work strategically with the administration, faculty, and Board of Trustees Strong verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated experience with position-related technology including database management and Google office applications A proactive, positive, team-oriented approach to bringing all measures of success to the school  Interested candidates should send a cover letter, resume, and three references via email to **** .
