About the role
Working as part of the busy Student Information Team, responsible for responding to enquiries, supporting our student body and providing excellent customer service to our students, staff and visitors. This post will have specific responsibility for processing all DBS Postgraduate Applications throughout the Academic Year and ensuring all relevant records are updated. 
This role will have joint responsibility alongside another Student Information Officer to process all transfers and change to mode of attendance requests from students; across all levels of study, as well as from Partner Colleges. 
The role will combine both customer facing and administrative activities; working on campus to provide a professional front of house service to students and other customer groups, as well as maintaining all types of student records.  
In addition, this role will also provide operational support to the Student Information Coordinator.

As a Student Information Officer you will need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively as you will deal with a wide variety of people, often involving complex scenarios. You’ll have an eye for detail, as accurate working is essential for written communications and for maintaining student records.
