Financial Aid Assistant

Profile

Serves as the principal backup to the Office Receptionist. Assists with answering general financial aid related inquiries from students and parents; ordering supplies and processing of office requisitions, for the staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
Performs clerical duties with regard to distributing financial aid correspondence to students and parents, to include on/off campus workshops and other University sponsored events for the financial aid staff; helps with the scanning of student financial aid correspondence.
Requirements
High school graduate or GED
1-2 years ofcustomer service experience
Qualifications
Must possess excellent customer service skills
Must possess the ability to work with others on a team
Must have experience with working in a high volume, call-oriented, fast-paced environment
