Job Description:

Summary:
Primary responsibilities are answering phone calls, data entry, filing of documents, creating new student files, and assisting with general office tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Data entry and maintain database.
Construct files for new students. Maintain confidentiality and security of records at all times.
Assist staff with general office tasks such as filing and answering phone calls.
Operate office equipment.
Other duties as assigned.

Office experience and data entry experience preferred.
Ability to alphabetize and file documents and materials quickly and accurately.
Must demonstrate a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
Ability to problem-solve.
Ability to receive or communicate confidential or sensitive information, with high level of discretion.
Ability to perform job duties with moderate supervision and to effectively prioritize work.
Ability to read, comprehend and write short correspondence and memos. Ability to communicate effectively one-on-one and in small groups.
Proficiency with MS Office products.

Hours:
This is a part-time (19.5 hours per week) student position.
Salary:
This position pays minimum wage $17.27/hour plus 100% tuition credit for 1 class per quarter.
