PCA is seeking to appoint a Head of ICT Services. This role is integral as PCA looks to achieve its exciting vision for the future. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and working as a member of the College Management Group, the Head of ICT will be responsible for creating PCA’s ICT strategy, and ensuring that this is operationally delivered and maintained.
The post holder will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the ICT function.
The appointed candidate will have a strong track record in change management, leading the delivery of strategic objectives, and developing a professional services team. They will be an experienced ICT manager, with demonstrable financial acumen, who is confident in driving performance and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.  You will demonstrate achievements in providing strong, decisive leadership for multi-disciplined teams/individuals along with a successful track record of establishing a strong service performance culture to continually improve standards, value for money and outcomes.
A deeply embedded customer focus ethos and high-quality standards will be essential to this role. The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about driving forward organisational excellence as part of a supportive and ambitious team and who relishes the opportunity to make a real difference.
