CTY Summer Programs provides academic enrichment experiences to talented students from across the country and around the world. We are seeking a
Science Ordering Coordinator
(Academic Services Assistant) who supports the hundreds of science classes offered in CTY Summer Programs by helping to coordinate the program-wide science supply ordering process.

NOTE:
100% Remote position.

This position is not benefits eligible.

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Process science orders received from Summer Programs instructors and place orders with vendors.
Track orders information and status using an Excel spreadsheet.
Confirm orders and shipping arrangements with vendors.
Completing independently assigned administrative projects, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications (Mandatory)
High School Diploma/GED. Some college preferred.
Two years of related administrative/clerical experience in a fast-paced office setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience in customer service/academic setting preferred.
Special Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Internal & External Contacts:
Internal: Program managers.
External: Science supply vendors.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit in a normal seated position for extended periods of time.
Dexterity of hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse pad and other office machinery.
The incumbent will be required to communicate regularly via tele****.
