What You Will Do:
Responsibilities/Tasks
Complies and synthesizes highly complex data, analyzes outcomes, and prepares reports for ongoing process and outcome reviews. Reports include but not limited to: graphical representation of data, oral presentation, written reports, and visual representation.
Organizes and maintains major reports and schedules containing complex data from multiple sources.
Develops project management plan including scope identification, and ongoing communication and collaboration with team members. Independently prepares written documents, delegates tasks as necessary, and monitors and analyzes progress. Interfaces and collaborates with key stakeholders throughout the hospital in the development, planning and execution of projects. Autonomously assesses the need for disseminating and retrieving pertinent information, and communicates with all organizational levels as necessary.
Supports preparation and maintenance of Clinical Quality Value Analysis requests, capital equipment requests, and operational and salary budgets.
Assists in interpreting and implementing variance reports for leadership team. Identifies areas of opportunities and proactively conducts audits or reconciliations regarding organizational initiatives.
Supports working with various departments in order to resolve various budget-related financial problems and procedures. Assists leadership in understanding variances from budget and assists in documenting new issues that impact the current and future budget development.
Protects departmental confidentiality with regard to sensitive data access and maintains an objective demeanor in conducting all duties related to business and operations analyses.
What You Need to Be Successful:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in communications, special events planning, office or business management, project management, etc., required; healthcare setting preferred.
Experience in information systems, Epic and Infor, preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated ability to perform detailed tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to interpret and validate complex data.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various departments and different levels of management. Proficiency in standard computer applications including MS Office suite applications.
Understanding and familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data, and is able to present information to a variety of audiences.
Ability to understand, analyze, synthesize and manage highly complex information.
Critical thinking skills.
