Saddleback Childcare provides loving care for children while their parents attend on-campus classes and events. Our
Lake Forest campus has part-time (4-5hrs/week) Classroom Leader positions available.
This position will support programming for the Women’s Wednesday morning, on-campus bible study. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, biblical, and nurturing environment for kids while parents grow in their spiritual walk.
Primary Duties:
Classroom Management; Oversee the care, safety, and spiritual growth of children
Maintain the cleanliness of the classrooms during and after the program
Interact with parents and children before, during, and after the program
Experience & Qualifications:
Experience caring for young children is a must
Strong multi-tasking skills
Must be able to communicate effectively and lovingly with children, parents, and co-workers
Must be able to lift 30 pounds
Teaching experience is not required, but a heart for working with children is
Leaders will be required to become certified in First-Aid and CPR upon hire
A flexible approach to changing/shifting priorities
An understanding of Saddleback Church and its culture and values is helpful
