Job Description:
The writing program at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. in Milton, Massachusetts, invites applications for an Assistant Professor to begin Fall 2023. We seek candidates with strong teaching experience to help us build a writing program focused on student success and student empowerment. The teaching load is 4/3 with a teaching assignment that consists of courses that fulfill the first-year writing requirements of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s general education program, as well as other courses in the writing program, as needed. Preference will be given to candidates with specialization or teaching experience in the following areas: cultural rhetorics, assessment, and WAC/WID work. Ideally, we are looking for candidates who have some previous writing program administration experience, specifically in faculty development.
Requirements:
A Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Writing Studies or a related field.
