We're looking for a vibrant Junior Creative to become part of our story, working within our small but driven Marketing and Student Recruitment Team.   
Working closely with our Brand and Design Manager, the ideal candidate will have design experience for print and digital media, and ambition and flare to create inspired content for social media. They will be happy working with colleagues across departments to ensure key messages are delivered to an excellent standard and be comfortable advising on appropriate content. 
Working with creative and motivated colleagues, the role offers the chance to feed into marketing and recruitment campaigns and undertake training to enhance professional and personal development. Added benefits include free and discounted tickets for RNCM performances, additional time off at Christmas, the option to join initiatives such as the Cycle to Work Scheme and Blended Working.
