We are looking for an Apprenticeship Operations Manager to support the Faculty of Engineering in the management and organisation of our portfolio of apprenticeship programmes.  
As the Apprenticeship Operations Manager, in this newly created role you will work alongside the Faculty Director for Higher and Degree Apprenticeships (FDHDA) and Programme Directors, as well as in close collaboration with the Academic Director of Degree Apprenticeships, colleagues from Professional and Workbased Learning (PWBL), and colleagues from Educational Excellence Team to ensure that the requirements of all stakeholders are met.  
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who thrives on providing professional programme support in a busy working environment.  You will be accountable for programme and learner level data on behalf of their Faculty and will be the go-to person in the Faculty for expert advice, guidance and reporting on non-academic related matters concerning apprenticeships. 
You will have strong project management skills, including analytical and problem-solving capability. To effectively develop innovative programmes, you will have good interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop effective relationships with stakeholders and engage staff at all levels.
