Director of Admissions
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. has an immediate opening for Director of Admissions in Enrollment Management. The Director will be a senior member of the enrollment team who will report directly to the Vice President for Enrollment Management. Working with the Vice President, they will assist with the development and implementation of sophisticated strategies and tactics designed to meet established enrollment goals. The Director will work closely with the College’s Communications and Marketing team to develop campaigns to raise awareness and to drive interest and admissions activity. They will perform the following duties: provide administrative leadership in planning and coordinating recruitment activities which maximize enrollment; supervise professional and administrative staff, effectively manage an assigned recruitment territory; counsel and advise students and families regarding the admissions and financial aid processes; and perform other core admissions duties as necessary.
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
Previous leadership experience in college admissions, recruitment, and marketing required
Experience supervising professional and administrative staff
Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills
Facility with database systems, external vendors, development of enrollment strategy and tactics, targeted search and yield campaigns, and more
Commitment to timely completion of responsibilities and tasks, and management of same for direct reports
Bi-lingual skills desirable
