We are looking for Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Marketing with an exciting research program and the ability to produce publications in leading international academic journals. Your focus will be to strengthen the Department's research
profile within any of the areas of Marketing (listed below). You should have a strong quantitative research interest and expertise, including (but not limited to) experimental studies, field experiments, multilevel modelling, etc. In addition, you will need to show that you can provide a strong contribution to the Department's research, teaching, leadership, and engagement activities and will be expected to be a decisive part in establishing the profile of the Department. 
As part of a programme of academic expansion, we are now looking to appoint talented and internationally established academics in Marketing. We are looking for candidates with a strong and developing research background in their chosen field. For example, the Department of Management has leading scholars in consumer behaviour and digital marketing. You will be required to enhance the quality and quantity of research in the Department in an area related or complementary to existing research strengths. We will expect you to be committed to scholarship of the highest quality in these fields with evidence of academic publications meeting standards of international excellence commensurate with the stage of your career.
We are particularly interested in applicants working in consumer decision-making and its impact on relevant firm-level outcomes (e.g., sales, profitability, brand equity, etc.). Specific areas of interest are:
1.
New Technologies in Marketing
Technology and consumer decision making (e.g., how, when and why does technology, such as Artificial Intelligence, change consumer decision making)
Human-AI interactions (e.g., the role of anthropomorphism)
Technological advances (e.g., the rise of mobile devices) and its impact on the customer journey
Data ethics and privacy (e.g., data privacy protection and customer loyalty, data privacy as competitive advantage)
2 . Ethical Consumer Decision Making
Sustainability and sustainable consumption
Consumer moral judgment and decision making (e.g., donation behavior) 
Moral identity and self-regulation in consumption
Transformative consumer research (e.g., consumer well-being)
3.
Buying Behaviour
Empirical Generalisation of how brands are purchased
Demographic determinants of buying behaviour
Are Industrial markets different to consumer markets?
Charitable donation behaviour
Understanding innovative behaviour
