The Department of Microbiology (******MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. School of Medicine, is inviting applications for a full-time faculty member at the Assistant Professor level. We are seeking an accomplished and enthusiastic individual who will provide leadership in our educational mission at the School of Medicine; outstanding qualified candidates may be considered at an Associate Professor level. The Department of Microbiology is a vibrant and highly interactive faculty who value excellence and collaboration in their scholarship.
Responsibilities of the Educator Faculty Position will include leadership and collaboration with other educators, teaching, curriculum development and instructional design, and student advising in the integrated medical curriculum, as well directing and teaching in the Dental Microbiology and Immunology course. Graduate teaching opportunities are also available.

Required Skills
Minimum qualifications include PhD or equivalent degree in microbiology or a closely related field, with experience in teaching graduate and postgraduate curricula.
