Job Description
Summer Program AssistantsThe Sudbury Public School District is seeking a qualified individual to work as a Special Education Teacher in the Extended School Year Program.
Extended School Year (ESY) Program is a 4 or 7 week Special Education program for students on IEPs to stem substantial regression. This program supports students Pre-K to 7th Grade.
ESY Dates: July 10th - August 18th
ESY Partners Program Dates: July 10th - August 18th
ESY Hours: 8:30AM - 11:30PM, Monday-Friday
ESY Partners Program Hours: 8:30AM - 2:30PM Monday-Thursday; 8:30AM - 11:30AM Friday
ESY LEAP Program Hours: 8:30AM - 2:30PM Monday-Thursday; 8:30AM - 11:30AM Friday
ESY: Peter Noyes Elementary School
ESY Middle School: Curtis Middle School
General Terms:
· All staff are required to work all days and hours of the specific program or position.
· All staff must attend an orientation meeting to be scheduled in June.

Job Requirements
Experience working in an ESY or summer program is preferred.
Willingness to collaborate with others
Familiarity with technology Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
