non-tenure track, full-time adjunct assistant professor
position in the Department of Computer Science to begin August, 2023. We are interested in recruiting two (2) outstanding instructors specializing in any area of computer science, but have a preference for the areas of software development, ethics, web and cloud based technologies, game development, robotics, digital humanities, and software testing.
Successful applicants will have achieved or have professional experience equivalent to a master’s degree in computer science or a closely related field; evidence of or demonstrated potential for teaching excellence; effective oral and written communication skills; an ability to teach throughout our curriculum; a willingness to develop on-line courses; and a commitment to recruiting and teaching diverse groups of students. The teaching load is three semester-based courses per academic semester.
