The Student Experience Co-ordinator works as part of a team to plan and coordinate events, activities and initiatives which improve students’ University experience, as well as enabling them to overcome barriers to their academic achievement. You will be self-motivated, highly organised and have a strong commitment to providing a consistently high quality service to both prospective and current students. 
You will provide a knowledgeable service to students and staff, ensuring the relevant University procedures and processes are followed. In conjunction with colleagues, the role holder will deliver a service which makes a positive and measurable contribution to the success, experience and academic attainment of students.
As Student Experience Co-ordinator you will:
  support the promotion, co-ordination and delivery of a portfolio of events and initiatives which will enhance the student experience and engagement for all students in the Division
  assist with the planning and co-ordination of Welcome Week, transition events, graduation and other similar activities
  liaise closely with the Division’s marketing team on internal communications with students, to help foster a sense of community
  organise and minute the Student Voice Forum as relevant, ensuring that all actions are followed up in a timely manner
  support the Student Success and Attainment Manager in designing, delivering, and evaluating initiatives which aim to improve students’ educational outcomes.
To be successful in this role you will have:
  GCSEs in English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above), or equivalent
  experience of working in a similar post and/or level, working to improve aspects of students’ experience and performance
  excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  experience of using social media and other online tools
