(RVF2S) is hiring a Co-Executive Director of Operations and Development responsible for daily operations, strategic development, finances, and fundraising. The position is .75 to full time depending on mutual agreement, starting April, 2022.  RVF2S strives to cultivate an inclusive, collaborative and supportive work environment.This position will ensure the execution of RVF2S’s mission, maintain and build strategic relationships, and represent the organization to the community. We are seeking a skilled, passionate  individual.

We excite children while we educate them about our food system through hands-on farm and garden programs, and by increasing local foods in school meals. We serve as the procurement and education hub in Jackson and Josephine Counties for the statewide Farm to School network, and partner with a wide variety of agencies.  Our education and procurement teams work collaboratively with each other and partners to make a positive difference in our world.
