Job Description
Canton High School is looking for a dynamic Science teacher for a long-term substitute teacher to cover a maternity leave -anticipated start date is 12/1/22 through mid-March.
This is for a full-time teaching position with sections of AP chemistry, physical science and electives. Applicants should have a knowledge base in the area of chemistry and/or physics and exemplary expertise in instruction, curriculum, and assessment. Plans will be provided for all courses including video lessons for AP Chemistry. 
Additionally, applicants must be able to develop positive and respectful relationships with students, spark a passion for learning and the sciences, and work collaboratively with colleagues and professional teams/committees.  
We are willing to discuss part-time options for those interested in splitting this position.
