A vacancy has arisen for an Administrator to join the Residential Experience team at the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Residential Experience Administrator and work closely with them to support the work of the Residential Experience team. 
The post holder will assist with general administrative duties such as responding to telephone calls and in-person enquiries, ordering goods from suppliers, consolidating and processing orders, keeping department records updated, assisting with student events and activities, and administering the recruitment of Resident Assistants. The post holder will also be required to interface with students in hall of residence, public and other university staff, and external suppliers. The post may occasionally require out of hours work, including evening or weekend, e.g., Open Days.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 GCSE qualifications (or equivalent) including Math’s and English or significant and proven experience in a relevant role; and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Office 365. You will need to have excellent oral and written skills and be confident in dealing with telephone and in-person enquiries. The ideal candidate will need to work with limited supervision, as part of a team, and be able to work flexibly to ensure cover is available between the hours of 9am – 6pm. The role holder must be able to work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure. It is desirable that the candidate will have previous experience of dealing with the public and / or students.
The role will primarily be based at our University Park Campus but may involve work at other campuses in Nottingham.
This post is offered on a permanent, full-time (36.25 hours per week) contract. Interviews for this post are planned to take place on Friday 8th April.
