[Part-time] [On-going Recruitment] – The Trenton Campus, BAR Learning Center, seeks individuals to provide remedial to advanced individual and small group tutoring to students. Current areas of demand include Mathematics, English, Spanish, Biology, Chemistry, Computers, Psychology, Sociology, Business, Criminal Justice and History. Duties include meeting with students and assisting them to improve academic achievement, to clarify learning problems and to work on study skills. Other assistance might include reviewing class material, discussing the text, predicting test questions, formulating ideas for papers, or working on solutions to problems. Tutoring is a supplement to teaching; must have good interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills; compensation commensurate with education. Ongoing positions will remain open through June 30, 2015.
