Under the leadership of the Assistant Registrar, the Part-Time Enrollment Services team member will process registrations (drop/add/withdrawal/etc.), assist in management of the registrar email and phone calls, and perform other duties as assigned. *This is a temporary assignment due to end in 5 months*
Duties & Responsibilities:
Processing registrations - drops, adds, withdrawals, etc.
Notifying students of waitlist and course changes.
Answering student questions.
Responding to emails in the registrar inbox.
Responding to in-coming phone calls, voicemails, and placing out-going phone calls.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or 1-2 years of data processing and customer service experience.
Competent using technologies including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word), virtual applications (Zoom, Teams, etc.) and data management software (such as: Banner, Colleague, People Soft, etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, customer service-orientated environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
Ability to remain calm under pressure, especially during peak time or intense situations.
Mature, professional judgment and a commitment to excellence.
Strong commitment to the mission of a comprehensive community college

Technology Skills: Banner Software
Bilingual - Spanish
Additional Information:
Physical Demands:
Requires sitting, standing, bending, kneeling and/or crouching, and walking.
Looking at and utilizing computer monitors.
Occasionally move and lift up to 20 pounds.
Schedule:
A 24.5-hour work week to meet the needs of the office to serve students.
Enrollment Service Hours: Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5pm
Schedule may be revised as needed.
