About the role
The purpose of the role is to utilize data-driven insights and strategies to enhance student outcomes and support evidence-based decision making by managing and analysing data related to student engagement and academic operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with various data systems to ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting. The Data Manager will collaborate closely with the Registrar and other stakeholders to support evidence-based decision making and drive new methods of monitoring student engagement.
Our aim is to leverage data-driven insights and strategies to enhance student outcomes and support evidence-based decision making. By managing data systems, conducting comprehensive analysis, and generating actionable reports, the Data Manager will contribute to improving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to student retention, achievement, success, and satisfaction. The focus is on leveraging data to identify trends, patterns, and factors influencing student performance, thus enabling informed decision making and driving initiatives that promote student success.
