Title One Teacher - .6 FTE
Reports to: Building Principal
Position Summary: The role of the Title One Teacher is to provide academic instruction to students in collaboration with other members of the intervention team. The primary focus of this position will be on students in grades K-2.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide interventions to small groups primarily in math but it may involve some literacy
Record and summarize data;
Write progress notes;
Communicate with families, including hosting an informational meeting;
Work collaboratively with team members;
Actively participate in ongoing training;
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Principal and Assistant Principal

Job Requirements
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Massachusetts Teaching License

Prior experience working with children

Background in literacy instruction or elementary education

Flexible attitude and ability to work in teams.
