 The RNCM is one of the world’s leading music conservatoires and a vibrant public arts venue, with a broad artistic and community outreach offer, in the heart of Manchester. Our bold ambition is to define the future of music. 
We are seeking an experienced and creative fundraiser, to join our dynamic team, lead income generation from charitable trusts and foundations, and play a vital role in reaching our ambition to generate 10% of the RNCM’s income from philanthropy.
With a background of securing major six figure gifts in cultural/charitable or education sector, you’ll achieve a personal income target whilst managing and inspiring your team. You’ll catalyse RNCM project development and build compelling funding bids – for capital projects, festivals, outreach projects and student support. You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as you drive forward Trust & Foundation generated income.
