**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. (NKU), located in Highland Heights, KY, is launching a national search for a new Vice President for Administration and Finance/Chief Financial Officer
(VPAF/CFO). NKU is seeking an innovative, strategic leader that is both detail-oriented and a big picture thinker who understands the full depth of the financial, human capital, technology and space resources, both internal and external, available to the university.
Reporting to the President and as a member of the President’s Cabinet, the VPAF/CFO will be the Chief Resource and Business Officer of NKU responsible for the combined functions of administrative and financial affairs. Overall responsibilities include overseeing business and auxiliary services, budget office, facilities management, human resources and informational technology. They will be strategic, collaborative and mission driven and will embrace the new and comprehensive strategic plan, Success by Design, which is now in the implementation phase.
NKU’s new VPAF/CFO is a strategic innovator who will lead the division to a culture of responsiveness and transparency. They will be engaged with a broad cross section of stakeholders to enable NKU to achieve the student centric goals outlined in the university strategic plan, Success by Design. The successful candidate will be an engaged and collaborative leader who will be responsible for shaping a forward-thinking, proactive, transparent and responsive culture within the division and will build relationships across the university. Preference will be given to those with a master’s degree or higher in business administration, public administration or related field. A background in higher education and a CPA are also desired.
